BooginHead provides a 1 year warranty on BooginHead branded products sold directly from Amazon.com's owned stock or Walmart's owned stock on Walmart.com. You can check whether the product you are buying is sold directly from Amazon or Walmart on the product page. Look for "Sold by: Walmart" and "Sold by: Amazon."

No warranty is offered on BooginHead products sold through unauthorized 3rd party resellers. If you wish to claim a warranty on a BooginHead branded product please provide proof of purchase receipt verifying the product was purchased directly from BooginHead, Amazon, Walmart, Target, buybuyBABY, or MySippyCup within one year of claim.
